Need of PMC:

Construction and Real Estate industries are transforming rapidly, we are developing multistoried buildings, where we need to plan all the services considering DC rules, where PMC is playing vital role, taking responsibility and assurance to PROMOTORS for successful completion by coordinating each team of consultants during the planning considering all perspectives of the project in totality with respective of durability as design coordination, Optimization of the project cost, effective sales considering all RERA Compliances for timely completion of projects along with committed specifications and amenities.

The Scope of Services for the project is complete in three stages is as follows.

* Pre-construction Stage
* Construction Period
* Final Completion Stage

A. Pre-construction Stage:

Pre-construction activities to appoint the various team of technocrats, coordination relating to finalization and receipt of valid for construction drawings, existing site conditions, Physical Site Survey, Prepare initial Budget and cash flow for the project by fulfilling RERA Compliances in all respect to cover each and every detail of the plot, soil investigations and strengthening / preventive measures necessary before commencing actual building work.

B. Construction Period:

Prequalifying, preparing comparative with techno- Commercial negotiation and issuing work order to the team of contractors during the period of construction. Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Budget Monitoring, Monthly cash Flow with respect to bar- Chart will be provided during the construction to achieve best Quality, Timely Completion and as per the RERA Quarterly cost certification.

C. Final Completion Stage:

All the Guaranties & Warranties from various contractors to be collected as per contract conditions and copies handed over to the society considering the RERA. The final bills of all contractors are checked, verified and Certified for the payment
